What voloirex.com collects when you visit and when you write. In short, very little, and no cookies.

This page covers the website voloirex.com. The agents have their own data terms, shown on each
agent page and before any job starts.

## Who is responsible

## When you visit

- **No cookies and no trackers.** This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking
  scripts.
- **Hosting.** The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP
  address and request data to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
- **Fonts** are served from this site, not from a third party.
- **Videos and podcasts** load from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Spotify only when you
  press play. Before that, nothing is sent to them.

## When you write

If you email us, your message and address are used only to answer you and are kept as long as the
conversation needs. They are not shared or used for marketing.

## Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to
the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante
per la protezione dei dati personali.
