Operator 007
Operator 007 reads every ticket that reaches your service desk, decides what it is, how urgent it is and which team should take it, and says how sure it is. Clear cases are routed on their own; unclear ones reach a person as a decision ready to take. It starts with a report on your own closed tickets, so you see the numbers before you connect anything.
Who it is for
- A service desk or operations manager whose team spends its day sorting tickets.
- A head of application management who sees tickets bounce between groups while the clock runs.
- A production manager who wants fewer interruptions and clear numbers.
What you end up with
First, a report built on your own history. What your categories really are, how much sorting costs you today, how much of it can run on its own at the accuracy you choose, and what that is worth in hours and euros each month.
How it works
- 01Send your closed ticketsAn export of past tickets is enough. Personal data is masked before anything else happens.
- 02Read your own numbersThe report shows how many tickets could be routed without a person, measured against the decisions your team already made.
- 03Choose how far to goWatch it first, let it suggest, or let it route on its own above the confidence you set. Everything below goes to a person.
NPCs ask
Which ticketing tools does it work with?
ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk and Freshservice first. Monitoring alerts can be added as another source.
Can it make a serious mistake on its own?
Only within the limit you choose. Below your confidence threshold, and always for possible security incidents, the decision goes to a person.
Do I have to connect my systems to start?
No. The first step is a report on an export of closed tickets. You decide whether to go further once you have seen the numbers.
What happens to my data?
Personal data is masked before any processing, ticket content never enters our logs, and access to your ticketing system is read-only except for the fields you allow.
