voloirex is Franco Geraci's practice. Agents, advice and courses with one aim, fewer decisions on your desk and better ones.

voloirex exists to **reduce the load on people who make decisions.** Everything here follows from
that: an agent, an hour of advice, a fractional CTO engagement or a course all leave you with
fewer decisions on your desk, and with the important ones ready to take.

## Who is behind it

I am Franco Geraci. I design and build systems with AI agents, and I see every day what they do to
the people who use them: more speed, and more questions waiting for an answer. voloirex is where I
put what works: agents that take the volume, and a way of working that keeps people in charge of
the decisions that count.

## What you can expect

- **Plain language.** No jargon on these pages, in the reports or in a session.
- **A page in your hands.** Every offer ends with something written you can use or share, with
  most of the work done.
- **Honest limits.** On regulated topics such as GDPR, the AI Act or contracts, voloirex prepares
  the dossier; the final signature stays with your lawyer, notary or approver.
